Description

As a New Grad LPN at BAYADA, you'll provide one-on-one patient care in a home health setting with flexible scheduling and paid training. You'll be supported by clinical managers and have the opportunity to explore diverse cases, from pediatrics to high-acuity care.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Willingness to participate in Nurse Residency Program
• Comfortable working in home care settings
• Ability to commit to part-time schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care
• Maintain electronic charting using Cubhub
• Participate in paid training and simulation labs
• Work flexible scheduling around availability
• Receive around-the-clock clinical support
