You'll join Roblox to align products with global and regional regulations for LATAM, collaborating with Legal, Public Policy, and Product teams. Your work will directly shape safety and civility policies impacting millions of users. This role offers global impact across diverse international markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Legal and Public Policy teams to articulate safety policies to LATAM regulators
• Adapt global policies to regional markets and ensure effective enforcement
• Analyze industry and regulatory landscape to proactively address risks
• Guide product and operations teams on enforcement systems and safety tools

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in online Trust & Safety or Product Policy
• Background in content policy development for global platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (Required)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ClassInd or IARC rating authorities
• Experience working with global regulators on international policy
• JD / Master's degree or equivalent
