You'll assist students with diverse needs in a general education classroom at High Tech High Elementary, implementing behavior intervention plans and providing one-on-one support. You'll help ensure equitable access to learning by collecting data and collaborating with teachers. This role offers a chance to work in an innovative, project-based school environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist teachers with one-on-one student support, including toileting and hygiene
• Implement behavior intervention and crisis plans
• Collect behavior data and monitor student progress
• Supervise and instruct students with learning differences

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or ABA training
• Associate's degree or 48 college units, or CBEST test
