💼 About This Role

You'll provide hands-on support to teams adopting Jira and Confluence Cloud, driving daily adoption and upskilling users organically. You'll partner with stakeholders to improve adoption and ensure long-term success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide onsite hands-on support for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud
• Guide users through day-to-day usage of Jira and Confluence
• Help onboard teams into Jira Cloud and ensure proper setup
• Answer ad hoc questions and troubleshoot issues in real time

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years working with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
• Strong experience with Jira Cloud
• Proven ability to support adoption and user enablement
• Comfortable working onsite with cross-functional teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting organizations new to Jira Cloud
• Atlassian certifications (ACP)
• Background in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
