Description

You'll own major primary structure assembly work centers, collaborating with design, manufacturing, and reliability teams to ensure efficient, scalable production. You'll create work instructions, mentor team members, and provide design feedback to advance rocket manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or other engineering discipline

Responsibilities

• Own primary structure assembly work centers and child subassemblies from design release through ATP test
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and reliability teams as well as production teams and vendors
• Create work instructions, specifications, and best practices across high-fidelity processes
• Mentor less experienced engineering team members
• Support shop floor through live issue resolution and provide upstream feedback for next-gen manufacturing technology
