📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in data engineering or infrastructure.
• 2+ years leading technical teams at scale.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS data services (S3, EMR/Glue).
• Experience with Airflow, Kafka/MSK, and data catalog tools.
