💼 About This Role

You'll support and execute local marketing for Aethos Milan, focusing on content creation and social media tailored to the city's urban lifestyle. You'll work with the Director of Sales & Marketing and central Brand team to tell Milan's story consistently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and gather destination-appropriate content for editorial and social channels
• Support day-to-day social media management and community engagement
• Assist with newsletters, promotions, and seasonal communications
• Support logistics for media and influencer visits

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian
• 2+ years experience in marketing or hospitality
• Strong organisational and content-creation skills
• Comfortable producing photo/video content on mobile

• Familiarity with Canva
• Adobe or Figma experience a plus
