You'll lead end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow projects in a high-visibility enterprise environment. You'll act as the central point of coordination across technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are consistently met. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects within scope, time, and budget
• Guide Agile/Scrum practices and support team self-organization
• Remove project impediments and facilitate resolution of blockers
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting

📋 Requirements

• PMP certification is required
• Strong experience managing medium to high complexity IT projects
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise IT service management platforms
