💼 About This Role

You'll own moderately to complex LMS workstreams and support scalable learning solutions at a company advancing cognitive assessment. Your work directly enables breakthroughs in neuroscience and patient outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain LMS configurations for learning requirements
• Manage curricula, assignments, rules, and course structures
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues and escalations
• Support LMS integrations, data workflows, and enhancements
• Generate and interpret reports to support learning delivery and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years administering or supporting a Learning Management System
• Experience with Absorb LMS or similar enterprise LMS platforms
• Advanced LMS administration and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to eLearning content tools like SCORM or Articulate
• Familiarity with automation or learning analytics concepts
