💼 About This Role

You'll be the strategic architect of early customer success in the LATAM market, partnering with new customers to translate business dreams into automated realities. You'll lead discovery sessions, architect implementation plans, and ensure customers realize tangible value quickly. This hybrid role is based in São Paulo.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own a Book of Business as primary strategic advisor during onboarding.
  • Lead discovery sessions to distill business goals into measurable milestones.
  • Design and execute implementation workstreams including migrations and integrations.
  • Proactively manage portfolio health using data signals to identify risks.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS onboarding or implementation experience.
  • Native Spanish is required for LATAM consultations.
  • Marketing Automation experience (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Mailchimp).
  • Project management skills to manage a high volume of accounts.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Native or fluent Portuguese and English.
  • WhatsApp ecosystem familiarity (Wati, Blip, Manychat).
