💼 About This Role

You'll join Monzo's Workforce Management team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, using data-driven insights to staff customer operations. You'll predict resource needs and translate findings into actionable strategies for senior leaders. This role offers the chance to influence decision-making in a high-growth fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare executive-level reports on WFM performance and trends.
• Analyze large datasets and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Create and review shift offerings to improve flexible working.
• Manage Verint backend configuration and schedule quality.

📋 Requirements

• Workforce management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in WFM software, with Verint preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
• Ability to present complex data to executive leadership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Looker and basic BigQuery knowledge.
• Experience with scenario planning and resource modeling.
