Description

You will ensure end-to-end service stability and performance across satellite-to-mobile services by diagnosing and resolving cross-domain issues spanning satellite, RAN, core, transport, and OSS layers. This role is critical to maintaining service integrity for satellite-to-mobile communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end service stability and performance across satellite-to-mobile services
• Diagnose and resolve cross-domain issues spanning satellite, RAN, core, transport, and OSS layers
• Serve as technical authority for multi-domain incident analysis
• Restore service and validate service flows during launch, early-life support, and operations
