You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and value realization for enterprise clients. You'll shape customer relationships and ensure measurable business outcomes across the portfolio. This role offers the chance to coach CSMs as trusted advisors in a remote-first environment.

- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Ensure execution of onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewals.
- Establish standards for success planning, customer health, and value delivery.
- Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes across portfolio.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles.
- 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of customer adoption, lifecycle management, and value realization.
- Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
