You'll drive feasibility analyses and financial modeling for large-scale data center projects at a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You'll play a key role in site selection and entitlement pathways to enable global expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct feasibility analyses for new data center development opportunities.
• Create and manage financial models for infrastructure-intensive developments.
• Evaluate site selection factors such as energy access and permitting requirements.
• Present acquisition opportunities and return scenarios to senior leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in real estate development or related infrastructure fields.
• Highly skilled in financial modeling and deal structuring.
• Experience with entitlements and land development planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in data centers or large-scale infrastructure.
• IPP energy development experience.
• Argus Enterprise or GIS experience.
