You'll own product strategy and execution for BJAK's platform, working with engineering and design to define what we build. You'll identify high-impact opportunities and drive the product lifecycle end-to-end. This role offers direct impact on products serving 8M+ users in a flat, hands-on team.

• Define and drive overall product strategy and roadmap
• Identify product opportunities through user insights and data analysis
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build scalable products
• Lead product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in product management at technology-driven companies
• Proven ability to deliver products from concept to scale
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in insurance or fintech domains
• Background in platform products
• Experience building and mentoring product teams
