You'll build and manage Neko's influencer and creator program from the ground up in the UK and US, driving awareness and conversion through strategic partnerships. You'll cultivate a tiered network of voices across health and wellness, turning creator relationships into a consistent performance engine. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage influencer, VIP, and creator program from scratch
• Identify and cultivate a tiered network of influencers across health categories
• Develop briefings balancing creative freedom with key messages
• Manage all creator relationships day-to-day

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years in influencer marketing or creator management
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok content performance
• Experience managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously
• Experience in health or wellness category with content accuracy
