Description

You will produce and execute esports events across the APAC Emerging Market region, driving subregional strategies aligned with global objectives. You'll design event floor plans, manage logistics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional player and fan experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or comparable experience
• 3+ years planning and managing live events (gaming or esports preferred)
• Technical event infrastructure experience (lighting, LED, power, Internet)
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with budget constraints
• Experience with project management tools like Airtable

Responsibilities

• Assist with strategic planning and project management for event production
• Manage vendor sourcing, hiring, contracts, payments, and reconciliation
• Coordinate event logistics (load-in/out, schedules, ticketing, safety)
• Communicate deliverables, priorities, milestones to internal and external stakeholders
• Review event data, identify risks, plan contingencies, and suggest process improvements
