💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Production Control team at Relativity Space, managing production flow and inventory across multiple workcenters for the Terran R rocket program. Your work directly enables on-time delivery of flight hardware. This role combines hands-on shop floor leadership with process improvement at a fast-paced aerospace startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Production Control team to achieve operational goals across workcenters
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in production flow and inventory accuracy
• Develop and improve production control processes for efficiency and scalability
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing control
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in manufacturing
• Proven ability to drive accountability and operational excellence
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems like Infor LN
• Experience with data analysis or SQL querying
