๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll join Sonar's cross-disciplinary team to develop next-gen AI solutions for enterprise-grade coding agents. Your work will bridge research and products that help customers post-train models to generate high-quality, secure code meeting enterprise standards.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement advanced post-training products for agentic coding.
  • Collaborate to design hypotheses and iterate proofs-of-concept into products.
  • Contribute as subject matter expert on coding model post-training.
  • Stay current with LLM and agentic developments, sharing knowledge across teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in CS, ML, or related quantitative field.
  • Strong industry experience in machine learning with modern software engineering practices.
  • Fluency in Python with core ML frameworks.
  • Expertise in post-training techniques such as RL from verifiable rewards, GRPO, PEFT, SFT, safety alignment.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Rust or SonarQube flagship languages (C#, C++, JS/TS, Java).
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Databricks).
  • Track record of driving research projects to productization.
