🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimize recruiting technology ecosystem for seamless integrations and scalability
• Drive recruiting analytics strategy delivering actionable insights
• Design and execute augmented workforce program with clear policies
• Configure systems for augmented worker lifecycle management

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR or Recruiting Operations experience
• Proven expertise with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Workday Recruiting
• Strong technical skills in system configuration and integration management
• Knowledge of contingent workforce management and compliance
