Description

As a Key Lead at Glossier, you'll support the store leadership team in creating exceptional experiences for customers and employees, manage daily operations, and model our people-first culture. You'll spend your time on the floor leading teams, driving customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
• Experience promoting people-first employee culture
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Willingness to work hands-on in all areas of the store

Responsibilities

• Support an inclusive employee culture driven by people-first philosophy
• Liaise with leadership to maintain communication and provide feedback
• Manage daily coverage needs and complete Editor Zone Charts
• Model and coach customer experience principles
• Perform opening and closing duties, set store up for success
