You'll define the technical blueprint for a next-generation operational data platform, unifying data across internal systems and partners. You'll architect streaming pipelines with Kafka, Debezium, and Flink, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for canonical data modeling and near-real-time ecosystems. This role offers high impact in a healthcare data transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end architecture for operational data platform
• Define and govern canonical data models for claims and enrollment
• Establish data governance frameworks with HIPAA compliance
• Lead evaluation and selection of real-time data technologies

📋 Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience architecting large-scale data integrations
• Deep hands-on experience with Kafka, Flink, and Debezium
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud environment
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python

• Healthcare domain knowledge with HIPAA understanding
