Description

You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise picking tools, developing new capabilities and improving existing products to make in-store picking faster, smarter, and more reliable for store associate shoppers and retail partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise B2B or operationally complex environments
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept through scaled delivery
• Highly data-literate and comfortable navigating ambiguity with analytical rigor
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to move fast in evolving environments

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise picking experiences from shopper order receipt to retailer configuration and optimization
• Build deep understanding of shopper workflows and retailer pain points to design tools that improve accuracy, speed, and satisfaction
• Work closely with retail partners to integrate tooling into their in-store environments
• Partner with enterprise sales and retailer success teams to support onboarding, feature adoption, and retention
• Define platform solutions that scale across retailer sizes, store formats, and fulfillment models
