You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center, painting and correcting vehicles to perfection. As an experienced painter, you'll work with state-of-the-art tools to deliver exceptional quality. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless paint finish
• Paint correct vehicles to remove imperfections
• Operate paint booth equipment and tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed

• Experience with water-based paints
• ASE certification in paint and refinishing
• Prior work in high-volume production environment
