• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator cases
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
• Collaborate with 24/7 on-call clinical support

📋 Requirements

• Current valid nursing license (LPN) in Florida
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Current CPR card
• Pass Florida Care Provider Background Screening

• Previous home health care experience
• Bilingual skills
