Description

You will support a functional work stream in Workday implementations for federal clients, driving decisions and recommending best practices. You'll lead project staff, advise clients on industry standards, configure and test Workday, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Time Tracking or Security) and/or 2+ years of Workday Implementation, preferably in a leadership role
• 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience (if Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years)
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
• Prior Federal HR experience (bonus)
• Experience with JIRA and/or Confluence (bonus)
• Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint (bonus)
• Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring others (bonus)

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
• Configure and test the Workday system
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration
• Support innovation through creation of new assets
