🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR queries via case management systems

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow or similar tools
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
