💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex cross-platform initiatives and steer technical strategy for the Harness software delivery platform, impacting how teams ship software faster with AI and automation. You'll solve the most difficult technical problems and mentor engineers across the organization, representing Harness' technical leadership to customers and partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and propose collaborative efforts across multiple engineering teams.
• Break down complex technical requirements to lead cross-functional teams.
• Solve the most difficult technical problems and propose POCs and optimizations.
• Represent projects to external customers, partners, and stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science.
• 12+ years of work experience in software engineering.
• Experience with Java and gRPC based microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka/Kafka Streams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in security products development background.
• Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB, or OLAP data stores like Druid or Apache Pinot.
