🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design delivery for US/Canada B2B business group across six divisions
• Develop creative concepts for multiple touchpoints and campaigns
• Mentor and coach junior creative team members
• Oversee production and ensure output quality compliance

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience as a Digital/Interactive/Visual Designer
• Experience leading and managing designers
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong layout and typography skills
• Ability to interpret briefs and deliver projects on deadline

✨ Nice to Have

• B2B experience highly preferred
• After Effects animation skills
• UX/UI and responsive design awareness
