💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate end-to-end video production projects from kickoff to delivery for a food-tech company. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and external partners to ensure projects are on time and on brief. This role is focused on execution and coordination, not hands-on editing or shooting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end coordination of video production projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Build and manage project timelines and track milestones across pre-production, shoot, and post.
• Coordinate shoots including scheduling talent, crew, locations, and managing logistics.
• Manage budgets against forecasts and process invoices from talent, crew, and vendors.

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in a coordination, project management, or production role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing timelines and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with production workflows (pre-production, shoot, post).

• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.
