Description

You will own the full design arc for key product areas at Casechek, from conducting user research and synthesizing findings to producing wireframes and prototypes. Leverage AI tools throughout your workflow and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX research, HCI, cognitive science, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of UX research, product analysis, or HCI experience
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise product environments
• Experience designing for complex workflows or operational products
• Ability to synthesize research into actionable recommendations and present to leadership

Responsibilities

• Own the full design arc from research through handoff-ready wireframes, prototypes, and design specs
• Frame problems with key questions, decision criteria, constraints, and success measures before solutions
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, contextual inquiry, workflow analysis, usability studies) and synthesize into prioritized recommendations
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape direction and defend recommendations with data
• Track outcomes after decisions and feed learning back into the next research cycle
