💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care services and household support to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Following a written plan of care, you'll assist with daily living activities while being valued and supported by a dedicated team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders and vital sign checks

📋 Requirements

• Current CHHA license in good standing with New Jersey board
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
• Passion for caregiving and desire to help others

• Previous home health care or patient care experience
