You'll design and execute enablement programs for Account Management and Support teams at a leading restaurant technology company. Your work will directly improve customer retention and expansion by equipping teams with knowledge and tools. This role offers high visibility across CX, Sales, and Product in a remote-friendly culture.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with CX leadership to identify performance gaps and define enablement priorities.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Account Managers and Support reps.
  • Develop scalable assets like playbooks, talk tracks, and SOPs.
  • Define and track success metrics for enablement programs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue or CX Enablement.
  • 1-2 years in a Sales, Account Management, or CS role at a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience building enablement programs for Customer Success or Support teams.
  • Experience with enablement and CX tools (e.g., LMS, Guru, Gong, Zendesk).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience partnering with Product, PMM, and RevOps.
  • Strong understanding of CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, retention, expansion).
  • Executive communication skills.
