Description

You will own all things IT for our Dallas office, providing technical troubleshooting, system administration, network maintenance, and in-office support. You'll manage onboarding/offboarding, document tickets in Jira, and collaborate with L1 and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of IT support experience.
  • Experience with internet security tools and data governance.
  • Network management experience with TCP/IP and LAN/WAN configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Office 365, Okta, AWS, Zoom, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with device endpoint management: Jamf, VSA, MS Intune.
  • Experience with Windows and PC endpoints.
  • API knowledge to integrate IT systems and automate tasks.
  • Confidence in using AI/low-code tools (OktaWorkflows, N8N, Claude Code, Glean) for automation.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting on-site networking equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of Meraki network management preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of IT, computer systems, applications, and networking.
  • A/V experience is a bonus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in identity access management and Active Directory.
  • Monitor office network performance, configure network hardware, and troubleshoot VPN issues.
  • Handle device imaging (Jamf, Intune), set up new workstations, and manage physical/virtual server resources.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in Jira Service Management, create knowledge base articles, and provide RCA for recurring issues.
  • Serve as a bridge between L1 support and systems administration/engineering teams.
  • Provide end-user support, maintain on-site printers, and support conference A/V equipment.
