Description

You will serve patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and performing screening procedures. You will act as an operations manager for the designated patient service center, overseeing Natera's phlebotomy program and potentially managing other phlebotomists.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience
• 5+ years high-level customer care experience
• Managing/supervising phlebotomy operations preferred
• High School Diploma required; BS/BA preferred
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred where required

Responsibilities

• Verify test requisitions and patient identification
• Obtain blood specimens via venipunctures and finger sticks
• Track and document collected specimens
• Maintain quality results and report KPIs
• Assist with managing phlebotomy equipment and PSC vendors
