๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead end-to-end hiring across Business and Tech roles at a Berlin-based fintech startup. You'll own recruiting processes from role kickoff to offer management, building pipelines and driving timely decisions. This 12-month fixed contract offers a chance to shape hiring in a fast-growing company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead 360ยฐ hiring across Business and Tech roles
- Build and run effective sourcing strategies across channels
- Manage candidate relationships and process end-to-end
- Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams
- Work cross-functionally with TA, People, and leadership
๐ Requirements
- Experience hiring across business and tech functions in fintech
- Track record of specialist roles in fast-paced startup
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, Google
- Fluent in German and English
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the Brokerage industry
- Experience with data-driven hiring and process improvement
- Ability to cope with frequent change and ambiguity
