You'll operationalize healthcare data partnerships for an AI training data platform, owning onboarding, technical integration, and compliance. You'll ensure reliable data delivery for customer engagements and scale partner ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, science, product, and delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding of new healthcare data partners with repeatable playbooks
• Coordinate secure data access, querying workflows, and transfer mechanisms
• Conduct structured evaluations of partner datasets for AI readiness
• Align partners on project requirements, delivery timelines, and milestones

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in healthcare data operations or partnerships execution
• Deep understanding of healthcare data modalities (EHR, imaging, claims, genomics)
• Experience onboarding healthcare data partners or integrating datasets
• Technical ability to work with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced technical or scientific background (MS or equivalent)
• Experience with healthcare data aggregators or AI data providers
• Familiarity with privacy-preserving data linkage and de-identification
