💼 About This Role

You'll be part of an Agile team developing products for Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 corporations, handling end-to-end development. Your work will reduce complexity and automate workflows, positively impacting client businesses. You'll rotate across three six-month assignments, gaining broad FinTech exposure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions
• Develop, test, and integrate software using latest technologies
• Automate complex business workflows and processes
• Prepare internal and client-facing presentations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related STEM field
• Hands-on programming experience
• Authorization to work in Japan without sponsorship
• Demonstrated interest in finance and technology
