💼 About This Role

You'll role-play as a patient in hands-on training scenarios, helping family caregivers practice Home Health Aide skills like bed baths and transfers. Your participation directly helps families gain confidence and independence in caring for a loved one at home. This role offers real clinical exposure in a purpose-driven startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Portray pediatric or adult patients in guided training scenarios
• Support students practicing HHA skills like bed baths and transfers
• Assist with skills lab support: inventory, folders, copying
• Provide objective observations and feedback to the RN instructor

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Comfortable with role-playing and taking direction
• Spanish and English fluency

✨ Nice to Have

• Enrolled in nursing, OT, pre-med, or behavioral health
• Genuine interest in supporting families and caregiving
