You'll manage retailer partnerships for a fast growing restaurant and grocery vertical at Upside, using data-driven insights to drive retention and growth. You'll collaborate with analytics, product, and marketing teams to ensure measurable value for partners.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day management of retailer partnerships from onboarding through growth
- Improve account retention through platform education and data-driven insights
- Identify and close expansion opportunities including long term agreement conversions
- Lead monthly business reviews with retailer partners translating data into actionable insights
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of client facing experience with at least 2 years in technology environments
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated success driving retention, growth, or expansion within client relationships
- Analytical ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations

- Experience with restaurant or grocery industry
