You'll conduct usability testing on electrical and non-electrical products for Kogan.com, an eCommerce industry leader. Your work will directly impact product quality and safety for customers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues across the product range.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete usability testing on electrical and non-electrical products
• Write formal reports evaluating build quality and component suitability
• Share findings with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with ability to use cloud-based tools
• Effective communication for building relationships
