🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure deals using Tekion with speed and precision.
• Lead and coach sales team in delivery and business development.
• Respond to online leads with real answers and build deals remotely.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or GSM in automotive retail.
• Demonstrated ability to hold gross, structure deals, and lead a team.
• Experience with Tekion or similar DMS and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with VIN Solutions CRM and equity mining tools.
• Familiarity with digital retailing and AI tools.
