💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Go-To-Market leaders as a strategic and operational HR advisor, driving people initiatives and leadership coaching. You'll shape the Revenue and Marketing People Plan aligned to business priorities. This fully remote role lets you contribute to high-growth SaaS scale-up with an international team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary HRBP for Go-To-Market executives and managers.
• Lead creation and adoption of the divisional People Plan.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement.
• Drive cyclical HR processes like performance management and promotions.
• Analyze workforce data to enable data-driven decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 7-8 years HR generalist experience in SaaS/tech.
• 3-4 years supporting Go-To-Market functions.
• Experience across multiple countries (USA, Europe, APAC).
• Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
