Description

You will lead the Audience Team within the Collab Unit, building products and infrastructure for audience creation, management, and activation. You'll drive design and delivery of scalable backend systems, work cross-functionally, and grow a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements

• 6+ years software development with strong backend skills
• 2+ years managing engineers or technical teams
• Experience building and operating production-grade distributed systems
• Strong understanding of software design and system architecture
• Proficiency in written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an engineering team owning audience products end-to-end
• Drive design and delivery of scalable backend systems and data flows
• Partner with Product, Design, Architecture, and cross-functional teams
• Stay hands-on in architecture, design, and code reviews
• Foster engineering culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
