💼 About This Role

You'll define and build enterprise data architecture for a FinTech SaaS platform, owning conceptual, logical, and physical models. You'll drive lakehouse strategy on Azure Databricks and ensure data governance is operationalized. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic influence on multi-tenant, regulated data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define enterprise data architecture including conceptual, logical, and physical models
• Design and maintain a meta-model capturing entities, lineage, and classifications
• Architect medallion Delta Lake patterns on Databricks with standards for partitioning and evolution
• Write PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake code for reference implementations and critical domains

📋 Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, warehousing, and architecture
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, PySpark on Azure, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
• Production experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) or comparable enterprise integration platforms
• Proven track record designing and implementing detailed meta-models and end-to-end data models in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing data architectures for multi-tenant SaaS with customer-facing analytics
• Experience supporting consumer lending workflows (e.g., Loan Origination) and underlying data domains
• Experience with dbt, Great Expectations, or modern data quality tooling on Databricks
