You'll own the evolution of our graph data tier in a stealth-mode AI-native startup, designing performant multi-tenant graph models and storage strategies. Your work will power intelligent insights across complex enterprise environments, directly influencing how customers understand and automate interconnected systems. This hands-on role offers high impact shaping graph-first architecture that scales to millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and optimize multi-tenant graph data models and schema designs
• Build backend services for graph mutation, query pipelines, and ingestion workflows
• Optimize query performance through indexing, caching, and traversal tuning
• Establish standards for graph modeling, data governance, and observability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering in production SaaS
• Hands-on experience designing or scaling multi-tenancy databases
• Strong understanding of graph modeling, indexing, and query optimization
• Proficiency in a modern backend language (Go, Python, Java, Node.js)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling graph-backed SaaS for enterprise customers
• Familiarity with distributed graph engines or horizontally scalable datastores
• Prior experience with major re-architecture efforts (relational to graph)
