Description
You will plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels to increase customer engagement and retention. You'll collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to drive targeted communications and analyze campaign performance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of CRM experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, Optimove)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
- Experience in e-commerce or iGaming is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR)
Responsibilities
