Description

You will plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels to increase customer engagement and retention. You'll collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to drive targeted communications and analyze campaign performance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of CRM experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, Optimove)
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
  • Experience in e-commerce or iGaming is a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR)
