💼 About This Role

You'll be a technical anchor on a new team building a real-time collaborative web content platform. You will own features end-to-end from API design to frontend systems, partnering with the Staff Engineer to define the architecture. This is a founding-stage product role at a company with existing infrastructure and distribution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end from design to production delivery
• Build backend services, APIs, and frontend systems
• Contribute to architectural decisions and set quality standards
• Mentor SE II engineers via code review and pairing

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Full-stack capability with backend and frontend production systems
• API design experience with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks
• Cloud-native fluency in GCP, AWS, or Azure

• Experience with real-time or collaborative systems
• Frontend architecture depth in component modeling and state management
• Actively building with AI in products or tooling
