🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship features that improve how builders operate and buyers experience home buying.
• Own ambiguous, high-impact problems end-to-end from discovery to production.
• Build calm, composable systems that are easy to understand and extend.
• Integrate AI into real workflows to reduce friction in enterprise forms.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production software.
• Product-minded builder who cares about the why and optimizes for customer outcomes.
• Self-directed and accountable, able to take a goal and deliver without constant oversight.
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage energy: vague problems and fast iteration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, workflow products, marketplaces, or enterprise-facing systems.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures, permissions/security, and data modeling.
• Track record of building internal tools that make teams dramatically more effective.
