💼 About This Role

You'll collaborate with coaching staff to oversee daily training, recruit talent, and manage programming for the Brooks Beasts Track Club. Your core impact is developing athlete-specific training programs and leading return-to-play rehab protocols to ensure sustainable high performance. This role also coordinates recruit experiences and supports brand marketing initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily practices and pre/post training sessions
• Develop and manage return-to-play programming
• Scout and recruit next-generation athletes
• Coordinate team travel and competition logistics

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of college or professional coaching experience
• BA/BS degree in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Ability to travel 16+ weeks per year domestically and internationally
